Had a lovely stay with my family. Would 100% return the next time I am in Rome. Comfortable suites, amazing attention to the client at the front desk, at breakfast and with cleaning. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. The location is great to explore all the sites in Rome with the Metro right below, easy to walk to many sites, shopping, eating, etc. My only recommendation for improvement is to offer freshly squeezed juice at breakfast! Grazie mille!
I enjoyed the location of this hotel and found it very easy to walk in and out while also feeling secure as the main door is kept closed at night and another key access door to the room area. The desk was staffed at all times and I was taken care of politely and efficiently. The room condition did appear well worn but kept clean. I enjoyed my stay and would return again.
This was one of favorite stays in Italy and I’d absolutely come back to stay at this location. The location was amazing, situated right above the Spanish Steps. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip and is a can’t miss if you stay here. The staff were so patient with us despite us being very tired after an international flight. Because we booked and airport shuttle through the hotel, they had our room ready two hours prior to check in, even when we absolutely did not expect that level of service. They politely assisted with our luggage and they provided excellent recommendations for traveling in the city. The rooms themselves were so comfortable with a wonderful mattress and fantastic black out curtains. It was pretty quiet despite being in the middle of the city. I will recommend this location to any friend traveling to Rome.
The staff was very nice. The rooms were charming, and the beds were comfortable. There were no elevators, so don’t stay here if you are with someone who has a physical disability.
Location, Location, Location.
We had a great stay at this hotel for many reasons. First, the room is very clean (quadruple room-two twin bed and one King bed) is one of the bigger rooms with nice decors and a large and modern bathroom. Upon check-in, owner was accommodating as we arrived shortly after the noon hour for an early check-in and rest after a long flight. The location is second to none as it is on top of the Spanish steps which gives us easy access to nearby attractions such as Trevi fountain, designers stores and excellent restaurants. Going up the stairs also let us some good exercise after meals and even wonderful views both day and night.
The rooftop provides breakfast which has lots of variety - eggs, bacon, sausages, bread not to mention a table full of pastries along with fruits and yogurt. Their coffee maker makes variety of hot drinks from cappuccino, Latte to hot chocolate etc...
Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, attentive owners and its excellent location.
Wonderful small hotel with top notch service. Lots of old world charm with modern conveniences. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Lovely rooftop breakfast room.
This was a very nice and cozy hotel. It has a very vintage feel and the terrace and balcony that the room came with was a plus. It's a few feet from the Spanish steps and walking distance to many shops, Cafe, and restaurants. Definitely a nice place to stay.
Great location to discover the city.
However, we had the Tour Appartement, which resulted in a very poor stay.
- Heating did not work,
- extremely noisy teenager gangs below the window every evening
- nearly no noise isolation from very thin windows
- second „room“ had even no window
- shower door missing
- room very dirty: dirty dishes in dishwasher, trash not taken out…
- unfriendly desk manager
For 310€ per night one must expect more.
